Hi.

Is there a best way to fix this error? I get recurrently the message “ Message: Need module!“, this was a installation that previously had a Commercial OTRS license, I’ve search for every entry on AgentTicketQueue and AgentTicketZoom to remove all entries that I could find that we’re not using.

please check the webserver error log. There you should see more information where this error occurs.

I could found the modules that we’re not using anymore but still were in the configuration.
