        Hello,

        I am lost at configuring the OAUTH mailbox configuration, i triple checked all configurations, added the otobo registration, used the correct password and registration id etc. but after adding the outh configuration i am able to login using my microsoft account and then being redirected to the otobo admin page where i need to relogin, after this the account is not added

        The system log shows no information regarding the oauth configuration and i don’t know in the dockers which log i must look through to find any reason why

        I use Otobo docker v10.1.8

        When i configure the OUTH2 configuration in Otobo i used the following urls

        Redirect URL:
        https://helpdesk.xxx.com/otobo/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount

        AuthURL:
        https://login.microsoftonline.com/90f91396-98aa-4bbf-93ff-xxxxxx/oauth2/v2.0/authorize

        TokenURL:
        https://login.microsoftonline.com/90f91396-98aa-4bbf-93ff-xxxxxx/oauth2/v2.0/token

        In Azure/EntraID i see in monitoring&health -> Sign-in logs the account signs in using the Otobo registration succesfully and in the registration i added the following API permissions
        IMAP.AccessAsUser.All
        offline_access
        openid ( probably not needed )
        POP.AccessAsUser.All
        SMTP.Send
        User.Read

        what am i missing and where can i find logging in the dockers for any pointers ??

          have you test another internet browser?

          you can also search in google „znuny oauth2 the account is not added
          There are a few possible solutions.

            hi marcel, i used the documentation to setup the configuration although the documentation really needs an update.

            I will definitely look into the google tip, but i was hoping to also learn where i can look into the logs and what logs files are used. the default log in otobo itself doesn’t show any use full items
