Hi..
I want to configure OTOBO from scratch but I can’t loss tickets data from OTRS after migration.
What’s the best way to migrate only ticket data?
Hi squidy,
that’s not so easy. The best way is to migrate OTRS to OTOBO and then change the configuration settings.
Otherwise all ticket and article fields do not fit anymore, for example if you change queues and some other attributes.
Another possible way (but not easy to configure) is to use the REST or SOAP web api to import Tickets and Article. A matching between the different configurations are needed too.
