      Greetings,

      We are currently facing an issue with the loss of access to the Admin panel. A few days ago, one of our colleagues accidentally changed the status of the Admin group from Valid to Invalid. We attempted to revert this change by modifying it in the Database, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue or if there is a backdoor method to re-enable it?

        Hi marcel-graf,

        Thank you for the suggestion. I resolved the issue by executing the command Maint::Cache::Delete within the Otobo instance. It’s a somewhat peculiar way to synchronize the changes, but I’m relieved that it’s now resolved.
