        For agent, there is customer user lookup icon for new email ticket but none for phone ticket.  This icon will load a dialog popup to support lookup to enable select customer user from a list, without need to use wildcard in customer user text field.

        How to enable this customer user lookup icon and its capabilities in new phone ticket entry?

          Which customer user lookup icon are you talking about? Can you describe the location? I have a hard time figuring our what you are referencing.
