In OTOBO, there is a list of available time zones; however, it seems incomplete. For example, I would expect Europe/Amsterdam to be an option, but it is not available. Any idea why it is not included in the list?

Hi Jeffrey,

Europe/Amsterdam is an interesting case. I don’t recall the details, but Europe/Amsterdam has been removed, or relegated, in 2022 in the time zone database. So Europe/Amsterdam is now linked to Europe/Brussels.

Actually the decision which time zones should be selectable in OTOBO is not cast in stone. See the wishlist issue https://github.com/RotherOSS/otobo/issues/2149 .
