        Hi there.

        I’m using OTOBO 11.0.7 (Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, mariadb Ver 15.1) .

        When using AgentTicketZoom form (https://<otobo_fqdn>/otobo/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=XXX), contents TicketType field are not retrieved from DB so I have to set them again every time I change contents of other fields.

        I’m pretty sure in older versions that value was always retrieved.

        Any suggestions/workarrounds would be very much appreciated.
