Hi.
We’re experiencing an issue with the ticket count.
For instance, on a queue that we see a list with 10 tickets, sometimes we see the total in front of queue name with one less or one more that there are in fact on that queue. I’ve tried to see a pattern but without any conclusion, I thought it was the available tickets (unlocked) or pending ones, but sometimes we found some empty tickets that are counting 1 ticket that isn’t there.
Maybe a cache issue or an issue with ElasticSearch. Did you check the system log? Are there any errors?
Hi, thank you for your reply. I’m not using Elasticsearch, and I’ve clean the cache (on OTOBO and browser).
Didn’t catch any related error.
