  I wanted to add a new priority status “6 critical”. However, the color in the agents panel is gray for it :(
  
  In this regard, where can I set the colors for applications?

  Hello,
  
  You have to assign a color to the yet non-existing priority ID in var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css/Core.Default.css
