      Hello!

      When sending an attachment (picture) from an agent to a client, on the client side, when viewing the response to a ticket, the following error appears (see attachment). Tell me what could be the problem? Browser JS support enabled.

        Hi,

        please check whether the SysConfig „HTTPType“ is set to whichever you really use (http vs https).
