Hi everybody.

I ‚ve imported ldap field “ Ou “ Organization Unit of my customer using „customer map module“, but the field also import common name of the user ou, ex. Cn=name Ou=structure1  Ou=structure2 DC=contoso DC=local

 

There Is a way to manipulate the ou field in the phase of mapping removing only the cn of the string?

 

The second question Is: After that, there Is a way to use Organization unit to create a Company strutture in otobo ?

This can help me to create a custom view of ticket, where Who only be a part of the same Ou can view the same ticket.
