Hi. We are having some minor problems after migration.
We have migrated from OTRS to OTOBO 10.1.5
Agent part seems OK, but customer part gets error on first time login.:
Error persist until picture of checkmark is pressed (see piccture bellow).
After that customer can use portal normaly.

Is there some kind of configuration step after migration that I am missing?

Found solution :)

“Admin>>Privacy Policy” should not be empty and should exist for the language that is configured in the Customer’s settings.
