Dear Community,
I would like to ask if it is possible to change the default time a ticket is put on pending when you set its state pending to. Right now, the default is set it to one day in the future and you can change this by hand to a further date. However, it would be much more convenient of this could be set to a week/month. Is it possible to change this default duration?

please check the config option „Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime“ in Admin -> System Configuration.
