Buenas estimados otobo me dio el siguiente error estaba funciando y dejo de funcionar el error es el siguiente, es decargado varias versiones de otobo y no esta el archivo

Hi Danier,

this file is not part of OTOBO core (and never was). I cannot image why OTOBO would try to look for it. You have to tell us:

• Which version of OTOBO are you running?
• What you have done exactly since it was working?

I assume you mean apt update && apt upgrade?

Well, something seems seriously broken. I suggest you restore form backup and try the update again. If you still want support going forward, please post the log of your commands and the output.
