after close ticket the owner is change to system admin. How to disable this?
and second quastion: How to change system e-mail because root@local returns an error.
Hi Jakub,
you find that option at Admin -> System Configuration -> Ticket::OwnerResetOnUnlock
You can change e-mail addresses under Admin -> E-mail.
