Hallo zusammen,

wir haben seit längerem das Problem, dass ein paar Otobo-Tickets nicht mehr angezeigt werden können.
Bei den Tickets handelt es sich grundsätzlich um Tickets mit mehreren hundert Antworten, wobei die ältesten ~50 Antworten noch einsehbar sind und erst danach die antworten weg sind.

Der Fehler welcher angezeigt wird, wenn auf eine fehlerhafte Antwort gedrückt wird ist folgender:

Hallo Tobias,

 

ich hatte vorhin das selbe Problem. Ich habe dann die Update Scripts nochmal gestartet und anschliessend waren die Artikel wieder da:

 

Das waren die beiden Befehle hier (docker):

docker-compose exec web /opt/otobo_install/entrypoint.sh do_update_tasks

docker-compose exec web perl scripts/DBUpdate-to-11.0.pl

 

Vielleicht hilft das bei dir ja auch.
