Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, there is still no concrete documentation or information regarding the Odoo interface. We will correct this on our homepage.

However, we have already implemented an interface for customers, but this is only possible with adaptations on the part of Odoo or OTOBO, as Odoo, to my knowledge, has still not published the promised native REST interface.

However, we would be happy to develop an interface for you if you need this function. In this case, please simply send an e-mail to hallo@otobo.de.
