      Hello,

      can someone help me why the priority not updating during the ticket creation?

      Ticket information screen after the ticket created:

      I know there is a calculation matrix which based on Category/Impact and set the Priority but why there is Priority field on ticket creation page if it’s not applied?

      After I can change at change priority :

      Source of the issue: created an ACL which assign the 5 very high priority to Major SLA, 4 high to Minor…etc.
