Good morning,

I recently discovered OTOBO and I am very happy to have discovered, in the past I have used OTRS Community with various third party add-ons.

At the moment, I was organizing a small migration activity, and the first question I would like to ask you is:

• I have some „Articles“ imported how can I add attachments to the articles of a ticket that have already been imported?
• I’m trying to create a module where I can put and create a sort structure for various dynamic filed that I have created, where do I have to start in order to have a box or a dedicated section (example like the FAQ) as a view of the tickets
• In the ticket view, how can I column and show a dyamic filed?
