Hi,
At the moment Customer Users see the tickets that they create in the Customer Portal. Is it possible to show the tickets of all Customer Users that belong to the same Customer (company) in the Customer Portal of a Customer User? In other words, is it possible that a Customer User can see the tickets that their colleagues created as well?
We had this functionality in our old ticket system and would like to implement this in OTOBO as well.

Hi Linda,
As far as I understood, this functionality is definitely on the list but not yet implemented. For the time being, there’s a workaround, as Sven pointed out here:

Let us know if you need the feature urgently – having a sponsor for it would speed up implementation a lot, I’m sure;)
