When a ticket is created the filled in fields are showed when clicking on the i in the top right corner:
Would it be possible to show these fields in the Ticket Zoom without clicking on the i? Thanks in advance.

I’m sorry it’s not possible at the moment, but I really like the idea.
We would be very pleased if we could develop this function for you so that we can then make it available to all OTOBO users as standard. If this is perhaps possible for you, please send a short message to hello@otobo.de.
Since OTOBO is 100% licence free, we cannot implement changes like this free of charge. I hope for your understanding.
