We use an SMTP relay where our IT department has set limits to a fixed sender address for the business. This is a challenge as in this way we are unable to route the reply from customer from outgoing e-mails to OTOBO incoming email. We are looking into the possibility of solving this by configuring Reply-To in the email’s sender Header but have not found a way to do configure this in OTOBO.
Is it possible to solve our challange by configuring sendmail to solve our challenges?
