        Hello, i came across a problem with ticket notifications specific for Agent update.

        I was trying to setup ticket notifications and everything works expect the notification for Agent update / change.
        Was  checking system longs they are clean.

        Anybody got same issue ?

          do you mean the event “TicketOwnerUpdate” or which event did you choose?

              For me, its works with the Additional Email Field. (see screenshot)

              For the Recipiens Fields, i think you need to set the Queue’s under Personal Preferences -> Notification Settings – My Queue or the Notification Fields

                  For me it works as well if i put my email adress to the box u mentioned.
                  But i need it from the “Recepients” section, since all other notifications works like that.
                  And i’m subscribed to all queues and services.

                  So, might be a bug ?

                  Hi Andrej, doesn’t work for me via the receiver area either.

                  @Ototo Support: is this a known problem an is there a solution?

                      Hi, so i found the “solution” for this problem.

                      After the implementation of OTOBO for other collogues, i noticed they were getting the owner notification emails.
                      So i checked their agents vs my agent. The only different thing was that they had an empty password collum. After i deleted character from my password collum the owner notifications were back on track for me as well.  The deletion of password collum didn’t delete my password, idk why is it there to be honest.

                      Hope if helps for someone in future !
