Hi,
In the previous versions (10.0.x) when someone replied to a ticket the owner of the ticket was set to the person who replied.
Currently since 10.1.2 this does not happen, ticket owner stays the original (root) even after multiple replies.
What happened? How can I restore the original setting? Thanks!
Solution is to disable OwnerResetOnUnlock
Thanks for posting! We just ran into this too. Seems like a strange behavior since the queue is set to lock back to the old owner on a customer reply. But since the tickets are getting re-assigned to the root account, the flow of the re-locked tickets is interrupted. Thanks for posting the solution @sandor!
