Hallo zusammen,

bei unserer nativen OTOBO-Installation erscheinen im Minutentakt folgende Warnungen im MariaDB-Log:

 2026-10-13 12:13:10 22 [Warning] Aborted connection 22 to db: 'otobo' user: 'otobo' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)
2026-10-13 12:13:11 23 [Warning] Aborted connection 23 to db: 'otobo' user: 'otobo' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)
2026-10-13 12:13:12 10 [Warning] Aborted connection 10 to db: 'otobo' user: 'otobo' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)
2026-10-13 12:14:54 64 [Warning] Aborted connection 64 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'unauthenticated' host: 'localhost' (This connection closed normally without authentication)
2026-10-13 12:17:54 86 [Warning] Aborted connection 86 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'unauthenticated' host: 'localhost' (This connection closed normally without authentication)

Aufgrund vorheriger Datenbankprobleme mussten wir MariaDB vollständig deinstallieren (purge) und anschließend neu installieren. Die ursprünglichen Datenbankprobleme sind damit behoben; OTOBO ist weiterhin im Betrieb und funktioniert aktuell.

Die Ursache der oben genannten Warnungen konnten wir bislang jedoch nicht eingrenzen.

Über Hinweise, welche Protokolle und Konfigurationseinstellungen wir zur Ursachensuche prüfen sollten, würden wir uns sehr freuen.

Hi Muzaffer,

wir nutzen aktuell nur noch die Docker Umgebung. Kann mich aber erinnern, dass wir in der mysqld conf den Wert max_allowed_packet = 128M angepasst haben.

den Wert für max_allowed_packet haben wir bereits auf ein 1G erhöht.

Folgende Dateien haben wir angepasst:

• /etc/mysql/conf.d/mysqldump.cnf
• /etc/mysql/mariadb.conf.d/50-server.cnf

Ich habe den Log-Level von der Datenbank erhöht: SET GLOBAL log_warnings = 4;

Dennoch kann ich keine Hinweise finden wo die Ursache ist:
