        Good Morning,

        Is it possible migration from OTRS version 3.X to Otobo 10?

        Do I need to update OTRS to Version 4 first then Version 5 and then Version 6?

        Can I use migration page for migration from OTRS version 3 to Otobo 10?

          Hi Giordano,

          It is possible to migrate but you also have to update to ((OTRS)) Community Edition v6 first. Please follow the OTRS documentation for this – I think the path recommended is OTRS 3.0 to 3.1 to 3.2 to 3.3 to 4 to 5 to 6.

          You can then use the migration tool to migrate from v6 to OTOBO.
