Hi,
I have the following problem, when i open a new ticket in the customer portal of Otobo, and try to add an attachament to my new ticket such as png, jpeg, pdf etc.None of these are well loaded and the admin can’t see them, It look like i never upload it.
Anyone can help me ?

in our otobo installation (docker based) i can upload a attachment to the ticket in the customer portal. after the ticket is created, i can see it in the customer and agent portal.
Have you do a test with an other browser or with an Browser reset?
In otobo you can do a cache delete and rebuild.
./otobo.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete
./otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild –cleanup
