Hello, I am having issues with password recovery on the customer side. When I try with the agent, it works: I receive the first email with the token and the second one with the temporary password. However, on the customer side, I only receive the first email with the token but not the second one. The error I have noticed is: „Need User or UserId.“ There are at least 10 valid users, and all mandatory fields are filled correctly. I can’t figure out where the problem might be.
