Hi,

I am wondering if a „Service“ (with an SLA behind) could be linked to a „Customer“ instead to a „Customer User“?

The purpose of my question is, that I would like to get all „Customer Users“ linked to a „Customer“,  assigned to the same „service“ and therefore to the same SLA through an assignment like „services<->customers“.

Via the Admin menu it is possible to link „Customer users“ with „Services“ but I have not seen a way to do the same with „Customers“. So if this is somehow possible, I would be interested in the howTo :)
