After migrating from OTRS, our OTOBO (10.0.15) is showing the following error on System Log:

Can’t locate Kernel/Output/HTML/ITSMConfigItemMenuGeneric.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Kernel::Output::HTML::ITSMConfigItemMenuGeneric module) (@INC contains: /opt/otobo/Custom /opt/otobo/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otobo/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.30.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.30 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30 /usr/share/perl/5.30 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /etc/apache2) at /opt/otobo/Kernel/System/Main.pm line 113.

I have searched all over, but can’t find information on this error. Has anyone encountered this error, or has any idea how to deal with it?

Do you have still a ZZZAAuto.pm in the Kernel/Config/Files directory? Can you do a grep?

 

$ grep -r “TSMConfigItemMenuGeneric” Kernel/Config*

 

It’s likely a leftover from older OTRS versions. Each “::ITSMConfigItemMenuGeneric” should be a “::ITSMConfigItem::MenuGeneric”
