Ich habe Otobo 11.0 klassische nach dieser Anleitung installiert: https://doc.otobo.org/manual/installation/10.1/de/content/installation.html (Die Links habe ich entsprechend für Version 11.0 angepasst.)

Nachdem ich meine Config.pm angepasst habe um den SSO für Agenten und Kunden zu aktivieren, bekomme ich folgenden Fehler im Apache error.log:

[perl:error] [pid 3567] [client 172.22.6.13:50759] Kernel::System::OpenIDConnect could not be loaded: at /opt/otobo/bin/psgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/ObjectManager.pm line 294.\n, referer: https://otobo.url.de/

Und im otobo.log:

[Error][Kernel::System::ObjectManager::_DieWithError][662] Kernel::System::OpenIDConnect could not be loaded:

Die Konfiguration hatte ich vorher schon problemlos auf meiner 10.1 Docker Installation verwendet.

such mal in der Konfiguration nach “https://otobo.url.de/”, da stimmt noch was nicht und muss ersetzt werden.

Ich denke du hast Crypt::JWT nicht installiert – mach mal bitte ein

bin/otobo.CheckModules.pl --flist auth:openidconnect

Danke für die schnelle Hilfe! Die URL hatte ich aus Datenschutzgründen geändert, in meiner Config stimmt die.

Aber Crypt::JWT fehlt tatsächlich!

Packages needed for the feature 'auth:openidconnect':
o Crypt::JWT.......................Not installed! (optional - Required for authentication via OpenIDConnect.)

Ich hatte mich auf die Ausgabe von perl /opt/otobo/bin/otobo.CheckModules.pl -list verlassen.

Welches Paket muss ich da nachinstallieren? libcrypt-jwt-perl?

Ja, ein apt-get install libcrypt-jwt-perl hat das Problem gelöst. Danke
