I have a problem with Otobo. Namely, it does not save some changes and I have to repeat the action several times. For example, if I want to assign an agent to a specific role, after saving it does not have this role on the web, but it is assigned to the database. However, despite the fact that this connection occurs in the database, the user does not have permissions as long as there is no „tick“ next to the specific role on the web. Can anyone help diagnose the problem? Even for a fee.
