Moin,
mit einem aktuellen Arch Linux und wget Version 1.21.1 lässt sich otobo nicht herunterladen:
wget https://ftp.otobo.org/pub/otobo/otobo-latest-10.0.tar.gz
ERROR: The certificate of 'ftp.otobo.org' is not trusted.
ERROR: The certificate of 'ftp.otobo.org' doesn't have a known issuer.
ssllabs.com meldet für https://ftp.otobo.org unter anderem Chain issues:
Incorrect order, Extra certs
Sind hier eventuell die Zertifikate falsch im Webserver eingebunden?
Grüße,
Andreas

Try with –no-check-certificate switch.

Yea of course it works with –no-check-certificate, but thats not really best practice if you need to set it… Best would be a fixed server side certificate chain. As i’m not sure how to reach the server maintainers, i opened this thread.. are they even reading here or is there a better way for contacting them about this?

Hi Andreas,
As soon as the dns entry has been updated, I would be happy if you test it again. This should fix the error.
Best wishes from Bavaria,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
thanks for the fast fix. The certificates are now no longer an issue, but the path has changed:
All the links in the documentation etc are https://ftp.otobo.org/pub/otobo/, but /pub/ no longer exists, it’s now https://ftp.otobo.org/otobo/
I think this wasn’t your intention? :-D

Hi,
no, that was not my intention…:)
This problem is now also solved.
Thanks very much for your help!
