Understand Znuny and OTRS offers feature for customer user to upload, store and use own avatar image, without need to depend on gravatar.com.

Is it inside Otobo’s project pipeline to offer same or similar capability? If yes, when is the release date?

the company Maxence offers the add-on, but currently only for Otobo 10.x.

I think it works also on Otobo 11 when you change or add the Version in the Framework section.

Thanks a lot.
Yes it is tested working.
However, it is working for Agent’s avatars only.
It will perfect if support local avatar for Customer Users.
Is there any way to achieve local avatar for Customer Users?
