Hi,

I installed OTOBO 10.1, and now I continue the migration according to the official instructions https://doc.otobo.org/manual/installation/11.0/en/content/migration-from-otrs.html

Now I am reading this:

„After finishing the installation please log in as root@localhost. Navigate to the OTOBO Admin Area Admin -> Packages and install all required OTOBO OPM packages.“

I opened the packet manager and I saw a lot of things:

I will ask just in case if I need to install these, and which are the required packages? I guess it was meant the ones we had installed in OTRS.

I have the „Znuny4OTRS-CustomPriorityColor“ package installed in otrs, but I don’t see it in OTOBO. How to install it?
