Hi,

I have a question. Is it possible to send e-mails trough exchange online without using SMTP relay? If yes then what should be configured first? I configured Oauth2 for OTOBO, and I am receiving e-mails on queues, but i cannot respond clients from them. Configuration for SMTP is shown on a screen below :

Hi Mikołaj Pawelec,

oAuth2 is currently not implemented for sending mail. You can try to enable plain SMTP auth at Microsoft to send via SMTP directly. Otherwise you need a relay server.
