It is possible to get Otobo to close a ticket from a Email and potentially other actions?
We want to simplify interaction with our service desk as much as possible, so we would like to be able to perform a lot of the interaction using email. Obviously you can create tickets with email, but I see no way to close a ticket.
For example, a ticket is completed by the service desk and is set to the status „completed“. This status change sends an email to the end user. (Customer) The ticket remains as „completed“ until the end user accepts the solution, when the ticket is closed. We would like to be able have the end user to simply reply to the „completed“ email and change the subject to ##CLOSE TICKET## (or whatever) , which then closes the ticket.
