        How can I delete attachments from existing tickets in OTOBO 10.1?

        I haven’t been able to find an option to remove attachments, either in the OTOBO interface or in the official documentation.

        Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

          Hello Antelde,

          there is an add-on called TicketAttachments from Perl-Services.de.
          However, it costs money.
