Hello,
I am on otobo/customer.pl and my users log in via LDAP, so in otobo they are client users.I will give you an example to see if you can help me. Jean is the HR manager. Bernard and Paul are just HR employees.I would like Jean to be able to see Bernard and Paul’s posts on the custom.pl portal, but I don’t want Paul and Bernard to have access to anyone else’s posts. They should not be able to see other people’s posts.

Hi,
your Jean / Bernard / Paul example sounds like internal HR staff, not external customers. customer.pl is for people requesting help; they normally only see their own tickets.
Jean seeing Bernard’s and Paul’s work while they must not see others’ is agent / team-lead territory: agents, HR queue, roles/permissions on the agent interface — not customer users on the customer portal.
If LDAP created everyone as Customer users, check whether Bernard and Paul should be agents instead (same LDAP, different account type).
Only if they must stay on customer.pl: separate CustomerIDs and Customer users ↔ Customers for Jean — awkward for internal HR.
Are Bernard and Paul submitting tickets or handling them? That decides the right setup.

Hi all,
is this what you are looking for? https://portal.rother-oss.com/otobo/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQZoom;ItemID=676
If not, could you go in more detail how your case differs?
