for Customer (CustomerCompany) you’re already on the right track: on OTOBO 11.0 install the ImportExportCustomerCompany package (Import/Export itself is in core since 11.0). Then under Admin → Import/Export you can create a template for object CustomerCompany.

There is also ImportExportStandardObjects (queues, roles, types, …) as a package on 11.0; on 11.1 that part is in core.

What I haven’t seen as a ready-made public package is a dedicated CustomerUser Import/Export backend (same pattern as CustomerCompany). If CustomerUser isn’t in your object list after installing CustomerCompany / StandardObjects, you’re probably not missing a template — the backend for users simply isn’t there yet.

Which exact version are you on (11.0.x vs 11.1), and after the packages, which objects does Import/Export actually list?
