Good morning
I’ve searched in your documentation, but I couldn’t find any reference on the OTOBO Tags.
Knowing that OTOBO is a fork from OTRS I’ve tried using their tags replacing OTRS with OTOBO but some tags didn’t work.
Could you send me the complete list of available tags?
If not, could you give me the right tag to include the Accounted Time of a Ticket in an email notification?
