Hi, Yes is in all groups.

May be a Database problem?

does the the queue have min. 1 ticket? if not, you see not the queue.
if Yes, you can delete the browser cache and do the following instructions:
# Delete cache files created by OTOBO.
bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete
# Rebuild the system configuration of OTOBO.
bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild

Thanks! I solved something but still not work fine:
Commands:
sudo -u otobo bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete
sudo -u otobo bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild
Both are DONE
I´ve 2 Tickets:
Sorry … I miss something … closed tickets disappear from the queue viewer …
Is there a way to view open and closed tickets from a queue?
Over ticket –> search I find all my tickets but over ticket queue, only the open ones

is this a new otobo installation or a migration?
is this a docker based installation?
have you tried a other Otobo agent oder root@localhost?
closed Tickets can you find under -> Ansicht nach Status: Geschlossene Tickets

Thanks,
than is it an „not know to use“ problem …
Thanks now I can find all my tickets … I though there ist a View to find ALL tickets, open to closed ;)
It is not a migration and no docker.
Thanks
